Our standard delivery method is UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available for orders placed by 5:00 p.m. EST. Shipping rates reflect our UPS discount, and we pass those savings on to our customers.

Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized by ZING Enterprises. To request a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at (888) 543-9464 or email customercare@zinggreen.com.

Damages
Please inspect shipments upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for filing damage claims with the carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier, retain all packaging, and contact Customer Service if assistance is needed.
