Out Of Service Hydrant Covers provide a high visibility solution for identifying fire hydrants that are out of service. They are made from heavy duty canvas with a PVC waterproof inner backing. Covers include a cut out for hydrants with snow poles/markers. Hook and loop cinch strap in back secures cover to hydrant. Size: 34″H x 18″ diameter (56.5″ Circumference). Red with a white 4" Out of Service legend. Made in the USA.
