We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Warehouse Associate - Shipping and Receiving to join our growing operation.

This is a hands-on position responsible for helping products move efficiently through our warehouse, from receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory to picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
• Properly label, organize, and put away received inventory.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack products securely for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation.
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other carriers as applicable.
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping and receiving records.
• Communicate inventory, receiving, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Customization, and other departments to keep orders moving.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping and inventory systems.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, move, and handle products throughout the workday.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
