Zing Green Safety Products is looking for a Workflow & Order Processing Coordinator to join our Custom Printing team. This role serves as the central point between customer orders, production, customization, and shipping to ensure every order flows efficiently from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As the Workflow & Order Processing Coordinator, you'll help manage the daily flow of production by coordinating work orders, communicating priorities, and supporting multiple departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive and review the daily production schedule.

• Print and process job tickets using DecoNetwork.

• Schedule, stage, and release work orders to the production floor.

• Coordinate production priorities, including rush orders and special requests.

• Distribute work orders and provide clear production instructions.

• Work closely with the Custom Team Leader and Custom Support team to resolve production questions and work order issues.

• Review artwork and logos to ensure accuracy before production begins.

• Confirm completed work orders through DecoNetwork and QuickBooks.

• Communicate special production requirements with machine operators and production associates.

• Coordinate workflow between Production, Custom Support, Shipping, and other internal departments.

• Ensure the correct products, quantities, and approved artwork move through production and into shipping.

• Maintain accurate production records and workflow documentation.

• Order supplies needed to support daily production operations.

• Answer questions and provide guidance to production associates regarding work orders and production priorities.

• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and production efficiency.

• Support other Customization Department functions as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in production scheduling, order processing, manufacturing, printing, customer service, or workflow coordination is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to prioritize changing workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working with computer systems such as order entry, ERP, production scheduling, or inventory software (experience with DecoNetwork and QuickBooks is a plus).

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
