USA Lockout/Tagout Toolbox Kit, 32 Components - 7129

ZING 7129-USA Lockout Tool Box provides a variety of lockout devices for on-the-job maintenance and repair operations. The tool box is made from durable, 100% recycled plastic, with open room to accommodate extra tools.  Most of the devices are UL Validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The tool box measures 13"W x 6.5"H x 5"D and includes 32 components.  The tool box and all components are Made in the USA.

Kit contents include:

• Qty. 3 Padlocks ( Part # 900KD-red), 1.5" shackle, keyed different with 1 key per padlock, color red, assembled in the USA.
• Qty. 3 Breaker Lockouts ( Part # 7110), fits single, double and triple pole switches .3" - .6" high, .35" - .44" depth with or without a hole, accommodates 1 padlock with shackle diameter up to 9/32"
• Qty. 1 Small Plug Lockout (Part # 7105), universal fit closure accepting up to 1/2" dia. cord and 2"W x 3"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 9/16”
• Qty. 1 Large Plug Lockout (7100), universal fit closure accepting up to 1-1/4" dia. cord and 3"W x 5-1/2"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• Qty. 1 Small Valve Lockout (7103), fits 1" - 2.5" valves, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• Qty. 3 Large Steel Hasps (7107), 1-1/2" closed hole, accommodates up to 6 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8" dia.
• Qty. 10 Lockout Tags (7010) with legend, “DO NOT OPERATE.” 50 lb. pull strength exceeds OSHA's requirement.
